When your order ships

Orders ship within two business days. Orders placed on a weekend go out on Monday.

Free shipping on orders over $150, for a limited time

Orders of $150 or more, after any discounts, ship free to any address in the United States. Pick "Free shipping" at checkout. Under $150, shipping is charged at the carrier's rate for the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay.

What is not eligible

Bulk sizes and wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping. Bulk sizes are the 25 lb almond bags and the olive oil gallons; half gallons, 5 lb bags and everything else qualify. An order that includes a bulk size ships at the carrier rate for the whole order, so if the rest of your cart is over $150, place the bulk item as a separate order.

Outside the United States

We ship internationally by USPS, UPS or DHL at the rate shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to US addresses only. Duties and taxes charged on arrival are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking and delivery

You will get a tracking number by email when your order is on its way. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your address; most US orders arrive within two to five business days of shipping. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so use a street address if you can. Orders placed with Buy with Prime are delivered by Amazon under Amazon's delivery terms.

Changes and problems

Need to change an address or an order? Email hello@burroughsfamilyfarms.com or call (209) 874-9400 as soon as you can; once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it on your next order or refund it. You never have to send food back. Food is final sale once it has left the farm; see the returns and refunds policy.
