Truly Raw Almonds

Regenerative Organic Certified • Grown in California

Almost every "raw" almond sold in America has been steam-heated or treated with propylene oxide gas. Ours never are.

Burroughs Family Farms almonds are truly raw: never pasteurized, never treated, full nutrient value intact, with 2x the antioxidants and vitamin B versus other almonds. Grown on the first Regenerative Organic Certified almond farm in the United States.

Why families switch to truly raw

Nothing done to them

Never steam-heated, never fumigated, never sprayed after harvest. Just almonds, shelled and packed in resealable bags.

More of what you buy them for

2x the antioxidants and vitamin B versus other almonds, with the delicate nutrients heat would otherwise strip out.

Farming that gives back

The first Regenerative Organic Certified almond farm in the US, building soil health instead of depleting it.

Common questions

Are the raw almonds at my grocery store not actually raw?

Almost all almonds sold in the US are pasteurized before sale: steam for organic, propylene oxide gas for conventional. They are still labeled "raw." Ours are never treated, which is why we call them truly raw.

Can I subscribe and save?

Yes. Monthly Subscribe & Save takes 10% off every delivery: $58.50 for the 5 lb bag. Choose the subscription option on the product page.

How should I store them?

They ship in resealable bags. We like to keep ours in the freezer to protect their delicate flavor and nutritional value.

Where are they grown?

On our family farm in California's Central Valley, the first almond farm in the country to earn Regenerative Organic Certification.
