This EVOO solidifies in the ridge which means it is authentic and not blended with any other inferior oil. The second test for authenticity is whether or not the EVOO causes a slight burn at the back of your throat. This EVOO checks that box too. This is an outstanding product. Even at Whole Foods, it is not easy finding an authentic EVOO. Fake EVOO is everywhere...google it if you don't believe me. Thank you, Burroughs!

I love the buttery flavor of this olive oil on my freshly sliced tomatoes with a little balsamic vinegar and salt. The best part is to soak up the leftover oil with good bread. Superb!
I’m no olive oil expert but it tastes better than generic olive oil from the store. Good for cooking and salad dressings. I’ll be ordering more!

Mmmm…. I bought this BFF olive oil especially for dipping and dressing salad. Wow! What a treat. BFF really knows how to do regenerative organic. A little pricey, but well worth it. Get yourself some. You’ll be happy you did. BFF makes it tasty and easy to do the right thing!

Love this olive oil! I use it on my fresh milled sourdough bread with a bit of honey. Delicious. The packaging was amazing!
This review is long overdue, my family is a BIG fan of this olive oil and the company. Recipes that we've made for years seem to just taste better with this oil olive, especially our spanakopita or homemade dressings! Their customer service was greatly appreciated when my large order was unexpectedly damaged by the carrier. They initiated the claims process and helped get the replacement shipment right away! Their roasted almonds are delicious and I'm looking forward to trying their almond flour very soon! A strong BFFship is forming!
Sooooo much better than the store bought oils I have had in the past. We use it daily for salads and sauteing! Will be a regular in our kitchen from now on. Great product and great service.

This is real oil. No blends from sources unknown and of varying grades. I consume two tablespoons a day to get my polyphenols.
This is excellent Olive oil. The best I have ever tasted. I didn't know much about EV olive oil until lately. Admittedly, I always bought olive oils in grocery stores. I have even paid large prices for fancy bottles. But I started learning about it, and decided to venture out. I found Burroughs Family Farms, and took a chance. I bought a small bottle (to start) of the Family blend. It is delicious! It starts with a smooth and FRESH taste, into a peppery taste. The freshness is nothing like I have tasted before. I think every bottle I have ever bought in grocery store was tainted or rancid. What did I know? I often take a tbs plain for health or supplements, and it is so amazing. I am fixing to buy a bigger bottle this week. THANK YOU!

I have been ordering my Olive oil from the Burroughs Family company for 5 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the taste.
