California Cloverleaf Farms

California Cloverleaf Farms (CCF) is a seasonal, organic, grass-based dairy located in the central valley of California. In 2003,  700 crossbred (Jersey X Holstein), heifers were purchased and brought to the ranch to begin their organic conversion. The heifers freshened starting in January of 2005 and we started selling certified organic milk through Organic Valley Cooperative. This dairy is a family-owned and operated partnership between Ward, Rosie, Zeb and Meridith Burroughs.

 

We are very proud and pleased to be members of the Organic Valley Family of Farms and to be producing such a wonderful quality product, organic milk, the consumers want today. Our grass dairies are designed and operated with simplicity using nature as God intended, concentraing on the environmental and economical sustainability for our land, our cattle and ourselves! We believe that sustainable grass-base organic dairying is our future.
